Sunday's Tips 

*** Beaming Isla - 5.06 Towcester

** The Other Winx - 4.47 Towcester

* Fabulous Glance - 2.36 Towcester

There was almost two lengths between Beaming Isla and Lesleys Buddy when they met at Hove at the end of April. Isla was drawn on the outside of Buddy on that occasion, the pair trapping level before she paced past him on the way to the bend. He has a much flashier trial than the selection does at this track but on that race evidence, and with the inside line to help her, those positions should remain the same with Isla coming out on top once more. 

It seems likely that Deadly Disco will be sent off the short-priced favourite for the 4.47 but his four runs at this track have not been amongst the pick of his career form so far. The Other Winx has only had a sprint trial here so there is little to go on herself but the Golden Jacket finalist was quicker than Deadly Disco at Monmore and despite this being a very different track, she may be a spot of value. 

Fabulous Glance was a surprisingly big price when winning for this column at 7/1 last Sunday afternoon. She has a draw to die for here in the opening heat of the BGBF Truframe Champion Stakes with five railers inside of her, starting from the same slot as seven days ago. A similar break should see her avoid any trouble inside, while a repeat of her 29.07 win would see her hard to pick back up again.
