Billi the Star of the Show at Nottingham this Evening

When you hear the term 200 not out involving Nottingham you could be forgiven for thinking of Denis Compton, Graham Gooch or Viv Richards, who all made scores off 200 or more at Trent Bridge in International Test Cricket Matches across the years.

But no, on this occasion, the star of the show at Nottingham this evening is Billis Starlet who is having her 200th race for trainer Terry Munslow, with all of the May 18 whelp's 200 races all coming in graded action.

Having started her career at the track with a 3rd place finish on debut back on 29th November 2019, Billis Starlet has so far won 38 out of 199 starts, with a win percentage of 19.09%, but has also finished runner up on 51 occasions, meaning that she has finished in the first two on a healthy 44.72% of the time.

Those wins included two hat-tricks, and on both occasions, those hat-tricks were part of a winning run of five wins from six starts.
