Time Northern Flat final 

The final of the Time Northern Flat is a fascinating one. Woltemade is favourite but is drawn outside of Bockos Buster who is more than capable of giving the favourite all that he can handle on the run to the bend. Buster was picked up in the dying strides last week by Wicky Ned who in turn was beaten in the heats by Deerjet Rocket. It is a superbly competitive final on paper, let's hope that translates onto the sand.

At the other end of the competitive spectrum is. the Arc Angel of the North final where Slingshot Poppy is a 1/10 chance. She became just the third greyhound to break the 28-second barrier at the track in the semis last week which would justify her price and then some.
