This is it! The big one is finally here – it’s 2025 Star Sports/TRC English Greyhound Derby final time.

After five rounds of superb action, just six dogs remain in the hunt for canine immortality and £175,000 is up for grabs in the highly-anticipated decider at 9.15pm on Saturday night.

With family fun day and live music festival, including headline act Bjorn Again, before the first race at 5.44pm, Towcester Racecourse is the place to be on Saturday and the atmosphere is sure to be electric with a packed house expected.

However, if you can’t get down to the track, then make sure you tune into Gone To The Dogs- Live! to watch this historic night of action.

Following a preview show at 1.55pm, Gone To The Dogs starts at 6.30pm and there will be over three hours of live action from the course.

It’s not just about the main event, as a tremendous support card has been assembled and there are 12 live races in total to enjoy. The finals of seven other competitions are on the menu, including the PricedUp.Bet Derby Plate, and the prestigious Fox Sports Surfacing Dorando Marathon brings the curtain down on the Greyhound Derby Festival at 9.55pm.

Regular host Dani Jackson will be joined in the studio by Jonathan Hobbs and Barking Mad Betting's Ryan Coneely. Betting legend Gary Wiltshire comes in for Derby final night to bring his knowledge and enthusiasm to the show. He will be joined by top tipster Joe Conneely in the betting ring, while Jason Barrasford and Emily Wallis are reporting from trackside and roaming the terraces to speak to the connections. .
