Cheap Sandwiches odds-on for Proper Heiress rematch

Cheap Sandwiches is an odds-on favourite with the sponsors for the first BOYLE Sports Irish Derby semi-final at Shelbourne Park on Saturday.

Last year's runner-up, Graham Holland's dog was the fastest quarter-final winner and now has a big rematch with Proper Heiress, who is 3/1 and came out on top when they clashed in the third round. 

Ballymac Stud was also an impressive third round winner and Liam Dowling's runner is a 4/1 chance as he looks to bounce back from defeat last week.

Magical Mag is an 11/8 chance to remain unbeaten in the competition in the second semi-final.

Pat Guilfoyle’s bitch once again showed her tremendous early speed to win well from the front last Saturday and she swaps the red jacket for white this weekend.

The sponsors have Glengar Silent next in at 2/1 after Pat Buckley’s dog was only beaten a length by Proper Heiress last weekend.
