Entain have released details of their graded award winners for each of their three tracks, Romford, Hove and Monmore in 2025.

Entain Celebrates the Greyhounds of the Year 2025

Entain is proud to announce the winners of the prestigious Greyhounds of the Year awards for 2025. This year’s awards have been categorised into three distinct honours: Most Graded Races, Most Graded Wins, and the coveted Graded Greyhound of the Year for each track.


The winners were meticulously selected by each Racing Manager, reflecting the exceptional performance and dedication of the greyhounds and their connections.


Most Graded Races 2025:

  • Romford: Da Young Lad – Trainer David Mullins, Owner – Ten Percent Club
  • Hove: Punk Rock Ivy – Trainer Stuart Maplesden, Owner – Mr M Christelow & Stuart Maplesden
  • Monmore: Homerun Hound – Trainer Craig Marston, Owner – Mr D Cartwright

Most Graded Wins 2025:

  • Romford: Bear Essentials – Trainer David Mullins, Owner – David Mullins
  • Hove: Clairkeith Santi – Trainer Carl Gardiner, Owner – Mr R Lynn & Ms G Woodroofe
  • Monmore: Drumdoit Murphy & Bloos Ladysandra, - Trainer Brian Thompson, Owners - The Gafa Syndicate and Mr C Bloor respectively

Graded Greyhound of the Year:

  • Romford: Bacon Burrger – Trainer Paul Burr, Owner – Mr K Bacon & Mr P Burr
  • Hove: Yougo Charlie – Trainer Seamus Cahill, Owner – Seamus Cahill
  • Monmore: Bloos Ladysandra, - Trainer Brian Thompson, Owner - Mr C Bloor

The connections of the winning greyhounds are cordially invited to attend the presentation events at their respective racecourses. The celebrations will include a table for four in the restaurant, marking a perfect occasion to honour the achievements of these magnificent athletes.


Entain extends heartfelt congratulations to all the winners and expresses sincere gratitude to everyone for their unwavering support throughout the year.
