*** Untold Riple - 7.33 Romford

** Westway Dancer - 6.33 Romford

* Missile One - 8.53 Romford

There are a couple of decent locals in the 7.33, key of them being Piemans Fletch who looks a very short price to lead these up. Untold Ripple is a rapidly improving type at Star Pelaw winning in a flying 25.45 on her most recent run there.Given how unexposed she is, there should be more to come from her, with her opening look around here of 24.20 very solid anyway given the level of rivals that she is up against.

After winning five of his last seven D1 contests at his home track of Towcester, it was good to see such a smart trial from Westway Dancer on his first look at Romford. The black jacket has suited him well in the past and should do so again here, more than capable of improving on his sectional of 3.88 from his trial. He has led up some decent top grade races at Towcester, steadily improving his win times to 15.85.

There is no doubt that Missile One is going to have to be on his toes for Seamus Cahill in the third heat of the Essex Vase but he is in flying form at his home track of Hove at present and clocked sub 35 seconds when beating Gary The Arb over track and trip in September. He had the benefit of the innermost draw on that occasion, starting from the white jacket here, but he has the pace and class to turn on the shoulder of the leader and kick on to the third bend.
