** Hugo Be Slick - 3.29 Star Pelaw
* No Brakes - 3.49 Star Pelaw
The best bet on the card could be Jaydee Baby in the 4.26. He has decisions over three of his four rivals in recent weeks, with the other runner in here coming up from an A3 win last time out. He has the early pace to clear the field and while he is a short runner over this trip, those who will turn behind him are similar types and can block off the possible closers until it is too late.
There is a sprint contest at 3.29 where although Hugo Be Slick looks to be drawn wider than ideal on paper, he has the early gears to get across to the rails from his starting position in trap four. There is not consistent early inside him which is going to be a plus and a repeat of his 14.51 success in October would be enough. He returned from a short time off in a D1 contest and should strip fitter for that action.
It's nice to see a British Bred contest on the card at 3.49, a race that looks as simple as Nah Then Keefill leads, it's just a matter of whether No Breaks can pick her up or not. There is little between the pair on the clock but as long as the inside isn't running too badly, Glenn Foot's charge is taken to chase down the longtime leader close to the line.
