There is a busy Friday night of racing at both Romford and Sunderland this evening and we have selections for both meetings coming up.
Friday's Tips
*** Inca Lewie - 6.53 Romford
** Bombay Buck - 8.53 Romford
* Mossend Gala - 9.03 Sunderland
Inca Lewie came away better than he has in recent times last Saturday night at Towcester before getting hammered at the opening bend. He has some very smart form over this track and trip, including 35.11 and 35.12 successes back in March and April respectively. He probably wouldn't need to go that quick to beat these rivals this evening.
There was a return to winning ways last week from Bombay Buck and he can get the job done once more this evening in the final of that minor Cat Three competition. The current Coral Golden Sprint champion is electric over Romford's 400m when he gets it right as he did seven nights back and his early pace can see him quickly in control of his rivals once more.
It has been an impressive start to racing in the UK for Mossend Gala, winner of both of her starts to this point. The second of those was when she was the quickest qualifier for this minor final at Sunderland this evening. She still has so few miles on the clock that there should be plenty of improvement still to come, and she can lay down a marker as a contender at a stronger level tonight.
