Gone To The Dogs - Live! will show every race in the 2025 Star Sports English Greyhound Derby

Every single race which makes up the 2025 Star Sports English Greyhound Derby will be broadcast on Gone To The Dogs - Live! via its YouTube channel.

Agreement has been reached between SIS and Towcester Racecourse to show the English Greyhound Derby in its entirety with a studio environment broadcasting the first three rounds of the £175,000-to-the-winner Classic before a full outside broadcast will take in the quarter-finals onwards of the world’s greatest greyhound race.

Mike Davis, managing director of Greyhound Racing UK, said: “It’s always been our plan to studio broadcast the early rounds of the Derby and we sourced a number of options before opting to build a studio on-site at Towcester. This will give us a whole host of opportunities both during the Derby and beyond.

“We’re all excited by what’s happening in and around the Derby and Towcester itself. We have taken over the promotion and marketing of the English Greyhound Derby and, while time is very much of the essence, this is also about putting building blocks in place for the future of the great race and Towcester itself.”

Dani Jackson will host all the studio and outside broadcasts and be joined at various points during the five-week canine extravaganza by Jonathan Hobbs, Joe Conneely, Darrell Williams, Emily Wallis, Jason Barrasford and Gary Wiltshire.

Jackson said: “It promises to be another brilliant English Greyhound Derby and I’m delighted that Gone To The Dogs - Live! can bring not just every single race but studio chat, analysis, reviews and previews - and that’s even before a full outside broadcast unit rocks up at Towcester.

“There’s no substitute for actually going racing, however, and the Towcester experience this year promises to be superb. However, if you really can’t make it to Towcester for any of the rounds, then we’ve got you covered.”
