Graham Banks's Sunday Greyhound Tips- 28th September

Graham Banks has taken a look at the open race action at Star Pelaw on Sunday evening and has picked out his three best bets on the card

***Nah Then Keefill  (T6, 7.04pm Star Pelaw)  4pts

**Ballymac Deboss (T6, 7.58pm Star Pelaw)  3pts

*Hollyhill Pad (T1, 8.52pm Star Pelaw)  2pts

Sunday’s selections come from Star Pelaw where the best bet on the card, NAH THEN KEEFILL, runs in the 7.04pm contest.

Dean Blackbird’s runner was beaten in her hat-trick bid a couple of weeks ago, finding trouble when out in front but from a cracking draw in this field, she could get back to winning ways with another early lead out wide. With Ya No almost certain to head for the rails coming out of trap four, Nah Then Keefill ought to have all the room in the world up to the first bend and one of her usual fast starts ought to see her home.

Similar could be said about Carl Jackson’s BALLYMAC DEBOSS, who goes in the 7.58pm.

He also found trouble when leading in the early stages in his hat-trick bid last time out and also has a cracking draw out wide with a vacant trap on his inside. He looks set to lead this field in the early stages and if hitting the front again, ought to take all the beating. This is only his fourth start having won his previous two at Sunderland and looks to be a strong fancy in this line up

The third selection goes in the 8.52pm contest and looks a good opportunity for Tom Heilbron’s HOLLYHILL PAD to land some compensation having tasted defeat at 1/2F last Sunday

He has just the one win to his name so far but backers will be hoping he can turn the opening bends in a handy position in this six bend contest, and if that’s the case, then he could prove too strong for these on the run for home. He will have to reverse form with Mahomes Magic who runs from trap two, and if getting first run, is more than capable of doing so
