Graham Banks takes a look through the card at Romford this evening and has picked out his three best bets on the card

*** Bru Iron Girl (T1, 7.44 Romford)  4pts 10/3 Bet365

**  Young Telex (T1, 8.01pm Romford) 3pts 2/1 Bet365

* Yeah Grand (T1, 8.54pm Romford)  2pts 4/1 Bet365

Tonight's selections come from the graded meeting at Romford and hopefully it's a surface that will favour the inside runners as all three selections are drawn in the red box. which see's the best bet on the card heading to the traps in the 7.44pm contest in the shape of Paul Young's BRU IRON GIRL

Paul Young's runner hasn't won since early August when winning in an A6 contest, but she has a cracking make up here in A7 with a vacant trap outside her in trap two, and with the four greyhounds on her outside all looking to lead in the early stages, there could be a chance of bunching up round the opening bends.

If that's the case, then Bru Iron Girl, who is sure to be staying on well in the later stages, could be in a handy position heading down the back and if that's the case, she could hit the front when rounding the final bends and prove too strong for the rest of her rivals

Just under twenty minutes later, Young could be on target again in the 8.01pm contest as YOUNG TELEX will be looking to follow up last week's victory when taking advantage of a drop in grade to score.

He trapped well and made all the running in bottom grade A12 company previously but this return to A11 company shouldn't hold any fears as he had been running well without scoring at this level prior to his ease in grade. He has the ability to either lead in the early stages or to come from off the pace and despite having just turned five years old, he is still running well  and if able to avoid Rough Dancer in trap two in the early stages, then he can turn the opening bends in a handy position and could get the better of things in the later stages

YEAH GRAND suffered a first defeat in his hat-trick bid last time out but looks to have solid claims of getting back to winning ways again in the 8.54pm.

Gemma Evans's runner made all the running on debut in A6, and then came from off the pace to score in his following outing in A5, but his chance of landing the hat-trick in this grade of A4 took a blow when early trouble saw him down the field round the opening bends but he looks to have every chance of getting back to winning ways here

He will need to lead Distant Eve in trap two in the early stages but can be expected to do so, and if that's the case, then he ought to be either in front or at least in a decent looking position rounding the opening bends. If he is able to hit the front rounding the final bends, then he could get back to winning ways though Distant Eve is sure to be staying on late and could prove to be a danger on the run for home
