Graham Banks has looked through the action at Romford this evening and brings you his three best bets on the card

*** Newinn Jolie (T2, 6.53 Romford) 3pts

** Droopys Rarity (T3, 7.11 Romford) 2pts

* Bensourboy (T2, 8.19 Romford) 1pt

With no opens in the UK on Wednesday evening, the focus turns to the all-graded card at Romford this evening.

April 24 youngster Newinn Jolie will be looking to get off the mark at the third attempt in this A6 contest at 6.53pm. The owners, JR Racing Syndicate, are no strangers to a decent youngster and will be hopeful that Newinn Jolie can get off the mark with an all the way success.

She has finished third and second in her previous two starts, going down by just half a length last time out but with the slow starting Bru Iron Girl on her inside, then she may be able to lead that rival into the opening bends. Having improved on the clock when finishing runner up, recording 24.47, a time that stands up well in A6 company, she may well have more to offer and could prove tough to reel in if able to build up an early advantage

Just eighteen minutes later at 7.11, Droopys Rarity will look to take advantage of this drop in grade into A2 company with another all the way success for Maxine Locke.

He has been running well enough without winning in top grade contests in recent weeks, but a couple of spins round Doncaster and this drop in grade into A2 company could see him back to winning ways

He actually won on the second of those visits to the Yorkshire track, making all the running in a two bend invitational at 9/1 in a decent enough 16.91 and, in a race that looks full of front running types, he will look to be away and gone down the middle if able to produce another of his usual fast starts

The final selection goes in the sole six bend contest on the card at 8.19, where Bensourboy is another selection looking to capitalise on a drop in grade

Martyn Wiley's greyhound was a winner when last seen in this grade of S6 back on August 30th when leading round the opening bend to record a neck success over Loftus Lass, who re-opposes again here. He was sent off as 6/5F on that occasion and with the slow starting Pantone Alley on his inside, who he also beat on August 30th and from the same draw as this evening, then he will be looking to hit the front in the early stages again.

 If that's the case, then he can go one place better on his last outing which saw him finishing second, beaten by a head in the higher grade of S5 and looks the one they have to beat again here
