Time Dundalk International 2026

Sunday, July 12 will see the 2026 renewal of the Time Dundalk International. Always one of the features of the Irish racing year, it comes up on a day packed with action as there is horse racing in the afternoon as well before the greyhound take over the racing mantel in the evening.

It is Ladies Day as well which always generates plenty of interest no matter what track, and hopefully plenty of horse racing fans will stay on for the dogs in the evening.

Star Sports & Orchestrate English Greyhound Derby winner Lennies Eddie will have the red jacket and will renew rivalry with Ballymac Ralf who he beat at Towcester. Liam Dowling's charge will sport the white jacket.

Between the pair to round out the inside runners will be Singalong Polly coming off her win over six bends in the Corn Cuchulainn at Shelbourne. Epic Ace will be drawn in four, the Towcester track record holder went out of the English Derby at the semi-final stage when producing his slowest break of the competition but had been breathtaking prior to that.

Con & Annie Kirby Memorial runner-up Ballycowen Frank will sport the orange jacket, looking to add another big race success after the Race of Champions. The Tralee track record holder is wider than ideal as is Toolmaker King in the striped jacket. He has a 20.86 over 400y at this track, the second fastest of the year so far, so the sprint speed is there which he will need to overcome this draw.
