There is open race action at Nottingham this evening which is where we take a look for our three best greyhound racing selections for Monday.

*** Scooby The Boss - 9.28 Nottingham
** Singalong Molly - 8.36 Nottingham
* Newinn Oscar - 9.46 Nottingham
There are some decent opens at Nottingham this evening. Scooby The Boss looks like he is going to be a short price in the 9.28 there but he is the class act in the contest and was a fluent winner over this track and trip last week. A draw closer to the rails would suit him better than a berth in four but if he comes away running like he did seven days back, that is not going to matter to him.
Although Singalong Molly has only scored once in her first four starts since joining the kennel of Dean Blackbird, the winners of the three races where she has been beaten were Gary The Arb, Vhagar and Silverhill Freya. She was an excellent performer in Ireland, finishing third in the Race Of Champions at Tralee in June behind Seven Beach and Callaway Knegare. She stays a stiff four bends really well and has more natural pace than her main danger Vale Bluebell who does the best of her work over further.
Runner-up to Scooby The Boss last week was Newinn Oscar. He should be able to control the inside in the early stages tonight to make it a quick fire double for the Hunt kennel to close out the card. That level of form is strong and he is taking a step forward with each run at the track in recent weeks.
