Joe Conneely's greyhound racing tips come from Nottingham tonight and include the four heats of the Arena Racing Company Puppy Classic.

Arena Racing Company Puppy Classic Heats
The ARC Puppy Classic gets underway this evening with four heats running from 8.01pm to 8.54pm and looks a night for short price favourite backers to take full advantage.
The first heat at 8.01pm sees Kranky Drake in trap six take all the beating. He ran a monster race behind Romeo Alliance seven days ago in a prep race for this competition closing the gap on that rival to only a length when finishing second and tonight looks a straightforward assignment for Kevin Hutton’s charge. He needs to brush up on his trapping slightly but his all round pace should see him dominate this opening heat with Mad For Cash and Underground Fizz chasing him home to qualify.
Heat two at 8.19pm sees an early rematch between Romeo Ability and Aghaburren Ben from traps four and six. There was only a short head between them two weeks ago in a trial stakes with Romeo Ability just about justifying his 1/5 price getting the better of Aghaburren Ben, and I see no reason why that form will be reversed tonight. Romeo Ability hasn’t got too much early to clear on his inside albeit Droopys Alldeway in trap one has shown glimpses of early pace. As long as Pat Janssens's consistent type can come away running, he can confirm the form with Aghaburren Ben, with Toomuchchat qualifying back in third.
The third heat at 8.36pm sees ante-post favourite Romeo Alliance line up from trap four in what should be a comfortable task for him to kickstart the competition. He comes in off the back of a fine display winning the Juvenile Classic at Towcester before a workmanlike performance last week over this competition's C&D. He should lead and make all this evening winning comfortably with Santas Amigo and Blackhouse Lewi chasing him down in second and third.
The fourth and final heat at 8.54pm can see another repeat from a trial stakes with trap four Not So Steady going on to beat trap five Droopys Poker. The pair clashed last week with the former coming out on top by a length and half leading all the way and again there is no reason for that form to be reversed. They are clear of the rest of the field so it should be a straightforward forecast with Carmac Cash in trap two taking the final qualifying spot for Esther Driver.
Other open races on the card include two heats of the ARC Six Bend Dual Distance Trophy where trap two Aero Honey should make a UK winning Debut for Richie Taberner at 9.28pm and trap three Borna Parachute now trained by Craig Morris taking heat two beating Vale Bluebell at 9.46pm.
