Monmore announces its card on Saturday morning has been called off in the interests of safety, although no decision has been made on the evening fixture yet

Monmore has opted to cancel its Saturday morning meeting in the interests of safety with the fixture being transferred to Wednesday morning.
A message from the Wolverhampton venue said the plan was to work on the track early on Saturday and through the day to give racing on Saturday as much chance as possible.
Monmore racing manager Tony Williamson said: "We've got temperatures as low as -4 all the way through to 9am on Saturday. "The roads in the area are already quite treacherous which is certainly not helping travelling.
"We have left the snow on the track almost as a blanket, and then in the morning will move the snow and work on the track if need be to ensure all is safe for the evening fixture."
Monmore also made an early call for Thursday's mixed open and graded meeting which has also been moved forward to next week.
