There is plenty of open class action around the country this evening. We have a selection each from Doncaster, Hove and Central Park as we look for winners.
Saturday's Tips
*** Rockmount Lucy - 6.29 Doncaster
** Raebella Bullet - 8.46 Hove
* Brunch Pal - 6.50 Central Park
It has been nigh on impossible to beat Rockmount Lucy over six bends at Doncaster in recent weeks. She has notched up five straight wins over the 661m distance. It's nice to see a couple of new rivals for her to take on this evening from Barry O'Sullivan but track knowledge is going to be the key here on the drop in trip and the selection has that in spades.
Oaks finalist Raebella Bullet looks well set to book her place in another Category One final this evening at Hove. The opening round of the Coral Brighton Belle last week produced some smart performances, one of which was the win of this girl. She has scored in five of her last six starts, and can lead up the inside early here to add to that impressive sequence.
Three of the runners in the 6.50 at Central Park this evening were behind Brunch Pal this time last week. A move into the red jacket isn't necesarily a plus for Dave Lee's runner but he was well in control of them on that occasion. A draw inside of Millbank Boiler is a help, and if he can hold that one to the first bend, he should be able to kick away down the back.
