Saturday's Greyhound Racing Tips - October 18
Open class action at Central Park and Star Pelaw this evening, with plenty of cracking races to look at for our Saturday greyhound racing tips.

Saturday's Tips
*** Zenith Sultan - 7.45 Central Park 6/4
** Emilys Superstar - 8.43 Star Pelaw 11/8
* Riverside Popsie - 8.25 Central Park 4/6
The final of the Premier Greyhound Racing Kent Derby headlines the card at Central Park this evening. It looks a tough contest to have a strong opinion on however, with four of the six holding strong claims of taking home the £20,000 first prize.
A better option at Central Park looks to be Zenith Sultan for Richard Rees who looks to be one of the best drawn dogs on the night. He clocked a calculated 28.73 in the opening round of the Kent Derby before a slow start cost him any chance in his semi-final last week. Things tend to be done the hard way for him off a steady break but as the sole railer in the field, the gaps should open up perfectly for him as they head into the third bend.
Graham Holland has a strong set of runners at the Kent track tonight with no less than three odds on favourites as well as Bombay Pat leading the Kent Derby market. Riverside Popsie is from a repeat mating to one that produced Faypoint Harvey and she showed plenty of her full-brother's speed when bolting up in the heats of a bitches competition last week. There should be more to come from her from a tidy-looking draw on the rails.
It is also Star Pelaw Festival night with the finals of both the Untold Racing Stewards Cup and the SR Transport Rose Bowl. The former will see Emilys Superstar look to make up for a rare defeat at this track in the semis. She broke the track record in the heats and has been almost unbeatable over the 590m distance so far this year. If she has her trapping boots on, she is going to take a lot of stopping.
