St Leger and Birmingham Cup close on Tuesday at 11am
The next two Category One competitions at Dunstall Park close to entires tomorrow morning with the Premier Greyhound Racing St Leger and Arena Racing Company Birmingham Cup starting on Saturday.

Strong entries expected for newt Dunstall Park Cat One events
Dunstall Park reminds trainers that entries for both the Premier Greyhound Racing St Leger and Arena Racing Company Birmingham Cup close at 11am on Tuesday - and if Saturday's trials session at Wolverhampton Racecourse are to be heeded both events will be top-class.
Hove Regency winner Droopys Flare clocked 28.39 for the 480m trip in preparation for a crack at the St Leger, in which Sean Parker's bitch finished second last year. Monmore Gold Cup champion Woltemade posted 28.25 for the same trip as Jimmy Fenwick's dog warmed up for the Birmingham Cup.
The latter's kennelmate Zenith Pasha, a Summer Stayers Classic finalist, led home another Fenwick runner Elusivenomore in 28.39, while Kevin Hutton's Kranky Drake made his return to track with a 28.54 run.
Maxine Locke's kennel also sent out Headford Cian, a Gold Cup finalist, to clock 28.53sec, while kennelmate Bluejig Outlaw clocked 40.52 for 660m before his crack at the St Leger.
The Premier Greyhound Racing St Leger (480m) and Arena Racing Company Birmingham Cup (660m) both start at Dunstall Park on Saturday, with the semi-finals the following week and the Category One finals on Saturday, September 19.
