We head to the Towcester open races on Sunday afternoon to find our three racing selections for the card.

*** Ballykilduff Gem - 3.13 Towcester
** Bower Aoibhan - 5.24 Towcester
* Roanna Sharp - 4.09 Towcester
Cornelius Condon's Ballykilduff Gem has only had seven starts so far for the kennel, improving each time that she has stepped up in distance. She chased home Lamorna Lexi in an S1 last time out, clocking a very smart 43.20 in the process. That is going to make her a short price this afternoon but a repeat of that is going to make her very hard to beat.
Bower Aoibhan showed some very smart form in Ireland and although she was beaten on her UK debut over this track and trip last week, things did not go right for her on that occasion. Her 28.47 Tralee win is a very smart run at this level and she might be able to leave that opening effort well behind.
There could be another winner for the Condon kennel later on the card with Roanna Sharp. She has the early gears to lead up the pair inside her and while Droopys Mikado has been taking on better company than this of late, it is going to take a smart run to pick this girl back up again if she leads. She has a 43.35 over 712m at this track, as well as a couple of sub 29-second runs here in her back catalogue.
