Sunday's Tips

*** Signet Nayla - 5.43 Towcester

** Greenwell Gypsy - 4.09 Towcester

* Rockmount Kate - 4.22 Sheffield

It is likely that Signet Nayla is going to be a very short price at Towcester this afternoon but that is fully justifiable given the company that she has been both keeping and beating of late. The bitch directly inside of her should move to the left and head to the rails which is going to give the selection half of Northamptonshire in which to operate on the run to the opening bend and that should be enough.

It is a strong stayers contest for Towcester's 4.09 where Greenwell Gypsy can outstay her rivals. She has won her last two starts, both over 661m at Doncaster which is a little on the sharp side for her, despite that galloping track. These extra 51m around a track which should suit her can see her rattle off another success.

A four-runner maiden stayers at Sheffield for our other selection and we are taking on the forecast favourite Ari Up. She looked like a really smart recruit in her early days but things have gone a little awry for her since, arriving off the back of a losing run that is up to 13 and stretches back to March. Local runner Rockmount Kate has some fair form over this trip in handicap company and might just prove too savvy in her own back yard.
