*** Mary Walloper - 9.09 Star Pelaw

** King Memphis - 3.13 Towcester

* Back On Track - 4.59 Sheffield

The return to the red jacket should make all the difference to Mary Walloper at Star Pelaw this evening. She won five out of her last six D1 contests at Sheffield when she was drawn in one, wider in her two defeats at this track in opens so far. This looks an easier task for her on paper in any case and the draw just adds the cherry on top.

King Memphis has dominated Towcester since returning to the track, a perfect 5/5 at the venue and he can extend that run this afternoon. There are some decent sorts in opposition, but given a clear run, he has the times on the board that is going to make him very hard for them to hold.

It is hard to opposed Colliers Bucholz at present given the winning run that he has been on but the red jacket would not be his favourite starting slot. Back On Track made a winning Sheffield debut in a D1 last week. She faces tougher rivals here but she clocked a very smart time, is another week post season and her Irish form was very smart. From a kinder draw than her main rival, she can make the step up in class in her stride.
