There is open class racing at Hove on Thursday evening where we have looked over for our three selections.
Thursday's Tips
*** Sperrin Mist - 8.07 Hove
** Carrigoon Milo - 7.16 Hove
* Frankys Bullet - 8.41 Hove
It was a very taking race debut from Sperrin Mist last week, clocking a smart 29.41. She shapes as if there is going to be plenty that she can take off that bare time, improving further simply for the experience. She is drawn inside of her main danger in Break Point and should prove too good.
When Carrigoon Milo gets on the bunny, he is a very smart performer, his 29.32 win two starts back when getting the better of the re-opposing Cloheena Caelan testament to that. He will need to hold his position on the run to the bend as there is some pace pressure but he can keep his main danger in Highview Levi on his outside and that is going to be a massive help to his chance.
The maiden at 8.41 is a fascinating clash with both Emers Harry in trap four and Frankys Bullet in trap five showing plenty of promise in trials. The latter has had a race at the track which puts him marginally in front in terms of having a bet, and while the former has a quicker trial time, he is yet to back that up, with the selection a little more consistent on the clock to this point.
