There is open race action at Suffolk Downs on Tuesday evening with plenty of names known to be track specialists in action. We have looked over the card for our three selections.

*** Roanna Mamba - 6.39 Suffolk Downs
** Farney Millie - 8.09 Suffolk Downs
* Homestead Anna - 6.04 Suffolk Downs
Roanna Mamba is going to be the shortest price on the card this evening but that is for good reason. He had enjoyed the last few months, racking up wins at Doncaster, Nottingham and Central Park as well as over this track and trip last time out. His sprinting early pace produced a flying 4.44 split then, and that is going to blow this field apart on the run to the bend if he can reproduce it.
It is a step up to six bends for Farney Millie this evening for the first time in her career. She looks more than capable of staying around a sharp track like this and her four-bend pace should see her turning in front. There are some very smart times in her book over 388m here in the past, including when splitting Westfield Vicky and Savana Sprite (both six bend open race winners) over that trip in December.
There is a single graded contest to open up the card and Homestead Anna should be able to capitalise on this massive drop in class into an S4. She ideally needs a bit further than this to show the best of her form but this level should still be more than within her capabilities given the opposition that she has been taking on since back in action.
