We have tipped up Buster Eight in both of his UK starts to this stage and there is no way that we are going to desert him on his third. This is the first time that he has run over four bends since arriving with Robert Copping but this is no real test at the trip, and he showed more than enough in his trial here to think that he is capable of nudging 23.50 this time.
Azzas Angel made the semis of the Arc Cesarewitch at Central Park in January and her recent runs at this track have all come over 548m which is too short for her. Her last win came over this track and trip in early December when scoring in 45.30 calculated. That level of form (if repeated) makes her hard to beat here.
Most of the runners in the 9.18 have been chasing home Laugh Alot of late and Jane Craske's veteran can show them a clean pair of heels once more this evening. She has been in superb form of late, winning three on the bounce here, and her early gears can see her turn on the speed to make it another success.
