Tuesday's Tips
*** Goldcash Prince - 7.31 Suffolk Downs
** Alfies Jet - 8.43 Suffolk Downs
* Coolemore Azzabi - 7.51 Suffolk Downs
388m around Suffolk Downs is on the short side for Goldcash Prince but he finally got on the bunny in an A2 last time out and showed the class that he has with a very smart 23.71. He is going to be well suited to the step up in trip and although he faces a decent type in Yarmouth raider Rubber Ducky, that lack of experience here is a negative for her.
There has been a step forward with each start from Alfies Jet since arriving at Suffolk Downs from Star Pelaw. His trapping has come good and he was a decent winner of a sprint open last week. He steps up to 388m for the first time this evening but has got a race where he should be able to lead up. As long as his stamina holds (does have 435m wins at Star Pelaw) he can add another open to his tally.
The lack of a prior look at the track cost Coolemore Azzabi on her debut at the track last week. She came away well from trap one but she got lost at the opening bend and that ended any chance of winning. She should benefit from that experience and this does not look any more difficult than the race that she ran in last week.
