Tuesday's Greyhound Racing Tips - October 21
There are five open races at Star Pelaw on Tuesday evening where we have taken a look for our three best greyhound tips for the day.

** Magical Lila - 7.24 Star Pelaw
* Wonderful Dolce - 8.16 Star Pelaw
The 435m distance is a touch on the long side for Wonderful Jo, but she ought to go far enough clear in the 7.04 at Star Pelaw this evening for it not to matter. She dipped under 26 seconds in races in both August and September, efforts that set a strong standard for the others to aim at. A normal break can see her lead up the inside and if she can produce a similar run to those from the last couple of months, she'll be hard to pick up again.
Magical Lila was runner-up in a sprint at this track last week, her first competitive action since the end of March. She is fully entitled to sharpen up for that return to racing, with the step back up to four bends sure to suit her. Her final run for her previous handler saw her finish three and three-quarter lengths behind Long Fellow at Perry Barr. That rival is a Category One winner, making another couple of finals at the top table. It is unfair to expect her to produce that on just her second start back but it shows the engine she has which should be too much for this maiden field.
The 590m contest at 8.16 lacks any railers, so the run to the opening bend will be all important. Wonderful Dolce has the best early gears in this field and she has done it from enough different traps to not worry too much about the draw in two. She chased home Emilys Superstar earlier on in the month, dipping under 36 seconds. A repeat of that would demand a superb run from one of her rivals to beat her.
