The Harlequin Syndicate have announced their own awards
The Harlequin Syndicate picked up 155 winners in 2025 and to celebrate and thank those who got them to that point, they have announced their own awards.

Harlequin syndicate recognising those who help them
The Harlequin Racing Club has joined in awards season by recognising those who helped the syndicate thrive in 2025.
Paul Foster has been named Harlequin Trainer of the Year for 2025. His record for the syndicate was 26 wins from 91 runs for a 28.57 per cent strike-rate.
Harlequin Dahy, trained by Foster at the Blunsdon venue, was named Harlequin Greyhound of 2025 with a record of 15 wins from 33 races for a superb 45.45 per cent win strike-rate - a record which also included six seconds.
Harlequin also named joint winners for a Kennelhand of the Year 2025 for the syndicate went went to Willow Austin-King, who works for Barry O'Sullivan at Central Park, and Mandy Foster, daughter of former Swindon trainer Paul.
“We just wanted at the Harlequin Racing Club to do something to highlight the things we do behind the actual racing in recognising the trainers and the staff involved in the care of the syndicate’s greyhounds,” said organiser Dave Wilson.
“The awards were voted for by Harlequin syndicate members and are fully deserved. “Obviously Paul’s (Foster) award is tinged with sadness because we’ve now lost Swindon and he was based there, but his record speaks for itself.
“But overall the Harlequin highlight for me is that we achieved 155 winners in the calendar year.”
