Thursday's Tips

*** Raebella Bullet - 9.16 Hove

** Zenith Rocket - 7.16 Hove

* Stonepark Hoffa - 7.27 Newcastle

There are a couple of trial stakes for the upcoming Coral Brighton Belle at Hove this evening. One of the leading players for that competition will be Oaks finalist Raebella Bullet. She has a slightly tricky draw to overcome with some early pace on her inside but she is a strong stayer. As long as she turns relatively unscathed, she can run down Rapido Roisin late on.

Trap four is as wide as Zenith Rocket really wants to be but if he comes away as well as he did on his most recent start, he will have no issues in that regard. He has won both starts from the black jacket so far in his career, once at Waterford and the other at this track just a few weeks back when picking up a decent yardstick in the aforementioned Rapido Roisin. He has recent decisions over three of his five rivals and can confirm that form.

Stonepark Hoffa is going to be a short price to win his heat of a sprint competition at Newcastle tonight which is sponsored by his trainer! He returned to action after six months off to win at Sheffield over the weekend, not looking to miss a step. A huge talent over two bends, he can add to the win on his sole prior race here which came on Northern Flat final night last July in what was the second fastest time of 2025.
