Tuesday's Greyhound Racing Tips - 25 November 2025
Tonight is the first meeting at Towcester under the Orchestrate banner after a move to Premier Greyhound Racing. We have three tips for the card.
Tuesday's Tips
*** Contempt - 7.16 Towcester 6/4
** Crossfield Edel - 7.49 Towcester 3/1
* Salacres Tipster - 6.26 Towcester 7/2
Contempt should get a lovely tow into things in an A4 contest at 7.16. His two fellow inside runners are both short runners, and with a little bit more stamina than them, he can get himself into a position to get his head in front late on at the right time. He is only a March 24 whelp with just 12 races in total so far in his career, so there should be plenty more to come from him.
The 7.49 is an interesting D3 contest where Crossfield Edel can appreciate being back down at this level for just the second time in her career. Her recent D2 form doesn't read all that well on the bare face of things but with this drop in class, she should be able to bring that level of form right back. Swift Aim would be an interesting danger on the pick of her form but she is another who has been a long way shy of that when last seen here.
It's not often that Salacres Tipster is seen in graded company. He has nine wins in 14 starts outside of open races and has kept the company of some of the best in the country in those opens. Wind back to the end of 2024 and he ran Droopys Plunge to less than three lengths and Antigua Kestrel to a short head amongst others. While that level cannot be expected on his first start since June, he showed plenty of the old sparkle remains in a recent sprint trial and is entitled to come on for that effort.
