Fahrenheit to be a new Windebank Ace?

Fahrenheit Ace has been sold to a group of owners connected to Kelli Windebank and is due to arrive at the kennels of the Yarmouth handler next week.

For Graham Holland, Fahrenheit Ace won the prestigious Dennis Linehan Solicitors Unraced 525 Stake at Cork and most recently finished fourth in the Irish Puppy Derby at Shelbourne Park.

Yarmouth trainer Windebank said: "I've been away for a few days but Jason (Bloomfield, assistant) has been busy!

"Apparently Ace is due to arrive with us next week and it's exciting in terms of what he's achieved with Graham (Holland).

"I'm sure he'll need time to settle in and, for that reason, it's probably too soon to even think about the Yarmouth Derby, but we'll take stock once he's here. Yarmouth does need a couple of looks minimum, but we'll chat with the owners and map out a plan."

An October 24 son of Grangeview Ten and Roaming Spirit, Fahrenheit Ace has won three of his nine races in Ireland for the Holland team with his Cork stakes victory producing wins in 28.45 in the semis and 28.60 in the final.

Sent to Shelbourne for the 2026 Time Greyhound Nutrition Puppy Derby, Fahrenheit Ace won his semi-final in 28.28 - off the back of a rapid 1.95 split - before finishing fourth in the final behind Peter Cronin's Im Here.
