Greyhound Racing UK continues to expand
Impressive figures for July confirm Greyhound Racing UK is continuing to expand.

Further growth for Greyhound Racing UK
Greyhound Racing UK continued their rapid growth with another big increase in their figures for July.
After reporting impressive numbers from March to June, including 30,000 new followers and 10.3 million view and visits, the company has expanded further according to the figures recorded in July.
From July 1 to July 31, total engagement across all brands included 4,577 new followers, 1,326 posts and articles, over 2 million views and visits, 46,606 reactions, 4,026 shares and 3,212 comments.
It is just over a year since Greyhound Racing UK was set up by Mike Davis, who saw that the greyhound racing industry was desperate for promotion at a strategic level.
Davis began a ‘not for profit’ venture to promote, advertise and broadcast greyhound racing and greyhound homing using his own funds and called it Greyhound Racing UK.
As well as Greyhound Racing UK, other brands created by Davis include Gone To The Dogs – live!, Greyhound News UK, Greyhound Homing UK and Barking Mad Betting.
Greyhound Homing UK was an especially big performer last month, with 2,412 new followers across their social media platforms and a total of 607,352 post impressions throughout July.
The multi-agency homing platform was launched in June 2025 and is the first to bring together greyhounds from across dozens of homing centres. Users are able to filter on criteria to select a greyhound and it provides a single click contact direct to the homing centres.
Barking Mad Betting continues prove extremely popular, amassing 1,395 new followers and reaching 558,646 impressions on social media.
Gone To The Dogs – live! remains a hit with the viewers as it brings high-quality live coverage of the sport on its YouTube channel. Nearly 11,000 people in total have streamed their last two shows - Newcastle on Thursday 24th and Hove on Saturday 2nd August.
Adding to their recent link up with www.sportinglife.com to provide daily tipping previews, Greyhounds News UK are also now providing content for the Daily Sport newspaper and further partnerships are expected to be announced soon.
Greyhound Racing UK continues to make huge strides forward and they are clearly building on their initial success.
