The success of Hove's afternoon tea at midweek meetings has proved to be such a success than the track are rolling out a festive afternoon tea at Christmas.

The addition of an afternoon tea at Hove's Wednesday afternoon meetings has been such a success that the track are planning a festive version for over the Christmas period.
Hove general Manager Lena Birch said 'We’re absolutely delighted with the success of our Wednesday Afternoon Tea and Racing package, which has welcomed more than 670 guests so far this year. It has become incredibly popular with customers looking for a great day out that combines quality food, live sport and excellent value for money.
"One of the most rewarding aspects has been the feedback we’ve received from visitors, with several guests telling us that our Afternoon Tea rivals, and even surpasses, some of the most well-known hotel offerings in the region.
"Afternoon Tea has become a real highlight of our midweek racing programme, attracting both first-time visitors and regular guests who return time and again for the experience.
"Building on that success, we’re excited to be launching our Festive Afternoon Tea this Christmas season. Guests can enjoy a selection of seasonal treats, festive favourites and a warming glass of mulled wine, all while taking in the atmosphere of an afternoon of live greyhound racing.
