Central Park & Swindon: Evening's Top Selections

7.56 Central Park - Kanturk Mills Analysis

The next best selection of the evening focuses on trap one Kanturk Mills in the A1 at Central Park at 7.56pm. He turns four years of age in August but posted a career best over course and distance four days ago when clocking 29.17 in this grade, winning by just under six lengths.

He has found himself in a race where the early pace is on the outside, so as long as he clears Epic Princess and Barnfield Piper and turns close enough with Swift United and Harriestown Lee, he can prove too strong to make it back-to-back victories in the grade.

6.48 Central Park - Hollyoak Malaki Preview

The third selection among the Central Park runners appears in trap three for the A2 at 6.48pm. Considering he is three years old, Hollyoak Malaki is lightly raced so there is still more to come from him. He ran well in the grade last week after finishing second when missing the break and finding first bend trouble.

However, if he can turn in behind Dramas Legacy and Clongeel Sminky this evening, his back straight pace can take him to the front before turning for home, so as long as Beach Babe is not too close to him, Hollyoak Malaki should go on to score from Beach Babe who will (as always) be rattling home over four bends.

7.49 Swindon - Baggios Intent (NAP Selection)

The strongest selection of the evening runs in the A1 at Swindon at 7.49pm. She has been running well in open races in recent weeks without getting her head in front, so this represents an ideal opportunity for her to return to winning ways in what is a drop in class compared to what she has been facing.

She is constantly clocking times around 28.20 and also has enough early pace to turn in front or, at worst case, turn extremely handy. From there, if she gets her head down, she should go on to pick up a first victory since March.

Swindon Track Focus

Swindon hosts the evening's strongest selection, with the A1 contest providing the ideal opportunity for class relief that should benefit the featured runner.
