Wednesday sees three graded selections across two tracks, Romford and Yarmouth.
The nap is trap six Kohinoor Spinner in the A2 at Romford at 7.44pm. He has been disappointing since returning to the track with two defeats including the most recent when beat at 1/2F but any return to his best form sees him leave this grade behind him. He stays well and as long as he doesn’t come together with Jacktavern Alan in trap five he can prove too strong for tonight’s rivals to score late on.
We stay at Romford for the next best where trap three Marginforerror has his second graded race at Romford in A4 at 8.19pm. He is a 28.60 Shelbourne Park greyhound so he will not be hanging around in A4 at Romford for too long. He didn’t run any kind of race on debut after missing the break but there isn’t great early pace in the race so as long as Marginforerror can get a clear run, that should be more than enough for him to win this race comfortably if coming on for last week's run.
We head to Yarmouth for the third bet of the evening where Oh El Nido lines up from trap two in a D2 at 7.39pm. Five second place finishes in a row in this grade do not bode well for Oh El Nido but this is a much easier race he finds himself in this evening so if he can come away running he should go onto pick up a second victory in the grade on his ninth D2 start.
