Romford and Yarmouth on the Wednesday night menu

***8.01 Romford - Silver Bucks (3pts) 2/1
**7.56 Yarmouth - Flashing Fender (2pts) 3/1
*8.13 Yarmouth - Farneys Voinnie (1pt) 11/4

Three graded selections across the card at Romford and Yarmouth.

The nap of the night is trap three Silver Bucks in the A1 at Romford at 8.01pm. He has won four of his last six in the grade with his brute early pace and can make it a hat-trick of wins this evening. There is a bit of early pace on his inside but he should clear the two inside him and should be able to hold Lil Bo Beep on his immediate outside if he comes away. He is capable of breaking the 24-second barrier when doing it right so as long as Silver Bucks traps he should lead and make all.

The next best of the evening is trap three Flashing Fender in the A1 at Yarmouth at 7.56pm. He has had two races back since his Towcester exploits in June where he has been at Hove and Yarmouth before trialling back over this evening’s C&D clocking 28.00. The long run to the bend should suit Flashing Fender and as long as he avoids Cloughtaney Emma on his inside in two who will move off slightly, he should be able to lead into the first bend and from there he can hold on from the strong running Shes Joking in trap one.

The third bet of the evening is trap one Farneys Voinnie in the A3 at Yarmouth at 8.13pm. She has been struggling of late in A1 and A2 company but finds herself in a race where she can turn extremely handy this evening dropping down a grade. She is drawn well along the fence so if she is able to hold Lilac Lady and Caister Kay to the first bend, she can prove too strong for her rivals in a race that lacks any real early pace.
