*** Swift Flourish - 7.16 Towcester
** Gurtnacrehy Noah - 8.07 Towcester
* Sonic Angel - 6.42 Towcester
The drop down from top grade into a D2 looks like a winning opportunity has been given to Swift Flourish this evening. He was twice a winner at D1 level back in April, landing a run in this grade back at the end of March on his last run at this level. Clockings of 15.91 and 16-dead in those two D1 wins set a fair standard here for the others to aim at.
A newcomer for the second bet of the night in the shape of Gurtnacrehy Noah. He showed plenty to like while he was grading in, while it would be no surprise if there was better to come now that he makes his race debut. There is a fair type for the grade in opposition in Daleroad Max but he is almost five and may have to give best to younger legs.
Sonic Angel was a winner in A8 grade two starts back. She actually went a few spots quicker when she was turned over in an A7 last time out which makes it a bit of a surprise to see her dropped back to this level so quickly. She represents a very canny kennel so the market should be a guide to their expectations of her this evening.
