*** Droopys Floorish - 7.27 Romford
** Bubbly Fury - 6.53 Romford
* Itsur View - 9.28 Romford
Although Droopys Floorish is not a regular winner, she has been given a chance by the assessor, dropping into this S5 level for the first time. She was an S3 winner earlier on in the year, dipping under 36 seconds in that same grade at the end of February. There was a slightly better display in an S4 last time, and she might be ready to strike again.
400m îs as far as Bubbly Fury wants to go but he is another on the Romford card who has been given a chance to strike following a downgrade. He slips into an A5 for the first time since November and can find this level more to his liking. He can get his head in front early and unlike recent starts against stronger rivals, he can find enough to maintain the lead this evening.
A 29.09 winner at Clonmel on his final start in Ireland, Itsur View makes his English debut at Romford tonight having joined the Paul Young kennel. He has shown plenty of promise in his trials, grading in at A3 level. The runner to his immediate inside will go left from the lids can give him space in which to operate on the run to the bend and that could be all that is required to make a winning start. He does need to avoid the four who will also move a touch left in the early strides, however.
