Wednesday's Greyhound Racing Tips - October 22
There is only graded greyhound racing this evening so we head to London Road, Romford, to find our three best bets for Wednesday's action.

Wednesday's Tips
*** Swifty Does It - 9.46 Romford 10/11
** Newtown Champ - 8.01 Romford 15/8
* Fast Track Lady - 7.11 Romford 5/4
After heading through the grades over 400m, Swifty Does It made a striking six-bend debut in an S2 last week. She made it all the way to A1 over the four bend distance and should be capable of winning in top grade over 575m. Her main danger is on her inside in Droopys Standby who can be quick to the bend, but he has been hitting it from four and missing from five (where he starts tonight) in recent outings so the selection can get on the bunny out wide and that should be enough.
Control of the inside is going to be all important in Romford's 8.01. Newtown Champ is still a relative newcomer at the track but seems to have been treated generously with a downgrade back to A4 after a couple of A3 defeats. He was a D2/A2 winner at Towcester before heading to Essex, and if he can turn in front, it is going to take a smart run from one of his rivals to be able to pick him back up again.
Backing pups on debut can be a fool's errand but Fast Track Lady looks to have been given a winnable opportunity on her debut in an A5. Her first mixed trial at the track saw her beat one who has won an A6 since and the second had her in front of one who was A3 when last seen in July. She has shown some nice early gears in those trials and looks the type who will go up the grades quick enough.
