There was a step back in the right direction last week from Bacon Frazzles when she was third to the impressive Brunch Pal. She has kept warm company around this track and trip in recent weeks, with this contest looking a touch easier on paper than the majority of those. She has a string of sub 35.30 times to her credit and that sort of level can see her pick up another success.
Keefill Rocky is the current antepost market leader for the BGBF British Bred Puppy Cup and he can book his place in the final with another dominant display. He has been brutally efficient in his last two runs at this track, setting the standard in the opening round last week. He has the early gears to get himself in front by the time the field hit the opening bend and that should be enough to see him score.
It has been a good while since Funky Adz last got his head in front but he is one of the best drawn dogs on the Romford card this evening. He has four railers inside of him and a vacant trap outside so he should get plenty of room in which to operate on the run to the bend. This requires a step up on his recent form but he should be in a position to do exactly that.
