Monday Tips come from Nottingham as always to kick off the week where we have three selections from the open racing there this evening.

Santas Tornado looks set to take the step back into open race company in his stride after a brace of wins in top grade at Dunstall Park. He trialled three times at Monmore before making his debut, running into an Irish Derby finalist, and a pair of dual Cat One semi-finalists. Far from disgraced in any of those he was pitched into the Gymcrack on start two. He has shaped well in practice here and can get off the mark at the first time of asking at Nottingham.
One of the most improved performers at Nottingham in recent weeks is Aegean Song. She has rattled through from A5 to A1 with four wins in her last seven starts, with this just the 10th race of her career in total. There should still be more to come from her and she can get herself home in front on her first try in open race company.
It's nice to see a veterans race on the card and there should be a decent clash between Some Hiker and Sambar Kian. Preference is for the former who has found a new lease of life since joining the kennel of Esther Driver, showing smart form in recent outings with a couple of open race wins here and at Sheffield and he sets the recent standard on that.
