Sunday's Greyhound Racing Tips - 25 October 2026
It's a Category One doubleheader day at Hove this afternoon with the heats of the Coral Gold Collar and the George Curtis and Ballyregan Bob making up the 12 races on the card.
Sunday's Tips
*** Candolim Typhoon - 2.23 Hove
** Scooby The Lady - 5.12 Hove
* Radical Story - 3.57 Hove
There has been a huge deal of progression from Candolim Typhoon since he has been stepped up in trip. He has won five in a row over six bends, including on his first try over this 740m distance in a trial stakes last week when getting the better of a Regency finalist in Bella Bullet. He is liable to be short enough this afternoon but his recent form entitles him to be so.
It is not often that Scooby The Lady has sported the red jacket in her career, winning two of her prior three starts when she has had it on her back. She was superb in getting to the final of the Premier Greyhound Racing Kent Derby recently at Central Park, undone by a draw in five in the final. One of the most natural trappers, she can get the jump on these from an early stage.
Radical Story was behind the re-opposing Teddie when they met over 695m last week but the Select Stayers winner and St Leger finalist made up a serious amount of ground late on and is going to be helped by the step up to 740m on this occasion. He is also capable of coming away a little better than he did, which would see him in a much stronger position than he was at halfway.
