Saturday's Greyhound Racing Tips - 21 March 2026
It is the semi-final stage of three separate Category One competitions this evening at Central Park, Monmore and Oxford. We have a tip in each of them.
Saturday's Greyhound Tips
*** Venetian Mick - 8.26 Oxford
** Droopys Vicar - 9.14 Monmore
* Scooby The Lady - 7.50 Central Park
Oxford has the semis of the bet365 Hunt Cup where Venetian Mick set the standard in the opening round a week ago. He was the winner of a maiden competition over this track and trip last November, with this test clearly suiting him well. This is a better field but he should be away and gone from this field early and can maintain the gallop.
There was a very taking debut from Droopys Vicar in the opening round of the Ladbrokes Puppy Derby at Monmore last Saturday night. Of course with pups, there is never a guarantee that they will follow one exceptional performance with another, especially the way that he trapped. However, if he happens to do so, he has the natural speed to lay down a serious time here.
The career of Scooby The Lady is really taking off and she can add another win to her tally in her semi-final of the Arc Kent Plate this evening. It is the deepest field that she has encountered but her early pace can see her control the inside and that can see her slip into an unassailable lead off the second bend to book her place in the final.
