Saturday has a lot of open racing around the country. We have taken a look over the action to find one selection at each of Central Park, Star Pelaw and Hove.
Saturday's Tips
*** Cinderella Tell - 8.50 Central Park
** Killieford Hanna - 6.39 Star Pelaw
* Aayamza Shazza - 8.46 Hove
In Cinderella Tell's last two starts, there have been uncharacteristically slow starts from him. They have both come from the five box, however, and returning to the striped jacket of six this evening will be a big plus to him. A finalist in the Arena Racing Company Kent Plate final at the track back in March, he is the class act in this field.
Star Pelaw have a string of track specialists and one of the most consistent is Killieford Hanna. She missed the break last week on her return from a couple of weeks off but is capable of coming away an awful lot better than that. If she can lead up today, there will be no way back for her opponents.
Strike It Skye is favourite for the final of the Coral Brighton Belle this evening and rightly so, she is one of the most talented bitches in the country. She is going to have to do everything right from this draw, however, so a spot of value might be Aayamza Shazza. A repeat of her semi-final sectional can see her lead up and with the runner directly to her left moving in that direction towards the favourite on the run to the bend, she might be able to escape.
