There has been some nice progression from Sals Minnie since she stepped up from two bends to the 460m distance, getting her head in front last time out. She has taken a good chunk off her final time with each outing and would not anything more here to see her take the step up in class in her stride. Just a February 25 pup, she should still have plenty of improvement to come. 

The 6.59 is another great opportunity for Drohobych Galary to get himself around in front. He is a short runner in a race full of strong finishers, but that should give him the opportunity to stretch well clear to halfway. Any issues behind with his rivals looking for the same gaps late in the day can see him far enough clear to hold on.

By far the most consistent on the clock in a D3 contest at 8.07 is Carlow Town, with four of his last five runs all coming between 16.29 and 16.39 which would be enough to win this. He has a nice draw to work from this evening as the sole seeded runner and his size compared to his main market rival (who weighs in some 13kgs lighter than he does) can see his big stride get himself in front when it matters.
