Friday's Tips

*** Unmistakable - 9.13 Romford

** Princess Matilda - 10.13 Romford

* Droopys Roșie - 7.53 Romford

It was a very impressive debut over six bends from Unmistakable in the heats of a maiden competition last week. He has not always been the most consistent trapper so far in his career but he came away well a week ago and never looked like he was going to be caught. He produced a time five and a half lengths quicker than the other heat winner, winning his own heat by nearly eight lengths. A repeat of that and he'll make it 2/2 over 575m.

There is a 750m contest to close out the night where Princess Matilda can add to her recent track record win at Central Park. She had bolted up over track and trip by eight lengths the time before that and is more than capable of adding to that winning sequence back at this track given the quality of form that she has shown of late.

The 7.53 at Romford is an interesting contest with Farneys Tearaway arriving after some smart form at Suffolk Downs in recent weeks. He lacks a look here, however and may have to give best to Droopys Rosie. She had some smart track and trip form last year, notably when she chased home Gary The Arb, stopping the clock under 35 seconds in the process. Her best form here has come from the white jacket of three and should have the early gears to lead up a pair inside her who have won recent graded races here.
