There are a couple of open races on the card at Nottingham tonight but there is some decent graded action as well to pad out the evening's entertainment.

Monday's Tips

*** Bockos Buster -  7.27 Nottingham

** Onceina Lifetime - 8.01 Nottingham

*  Ballymac Coko - 9.11 Nottingham

There is an excellent sprint contest at Nottingham this evening at 7.27 where Bockos Buster can continue his excellent run of recent form for Kevin Boon. There is the smart Da Don in opposition again, behind the selection a fortnight back, and although there should be more to come from Mark Russell's charge, he has a bit on his plate if he is to reverse those places.

There is an interesting 500m contest as the other open on the Nottingham card. Top and bottom could have a decent battle here and many are going to be with Skeard Daisy May in the red jacket. Her win last week was five spots slower than Onceina Lifetime produced when runner-up and the selection was in front of the railer when they met just before Christmas.

Although strictly on the clock Ballymac Coko has a little bit to find if she is to return from almost a month off with another top grade win at 9.11, she is the least exposed of these in the race and looks set to lead them up. A May 24 puppy, there should be plenty to come from her when she is not busy fighting trees. If you haven't seen her on Esther Driver's TikTok then look her up!
