There is graded racing at Towcester this evening where our three selections will be in action.
Tuesday's Tips
*** Da Badman - 8.59 Towcester
** Choices Bronte - 6.59 Towcester
* Drews Fantasy - 6.26 Towcester
There was a solid win from Da Badman in this grade last time out and he can back that up. He was a little trodden on from behind by Dromtrasna Swift, so he is going to have to avoid contact with that re-opposing runner, but the selection is a natural enough trapper to get himself out on the front end again and that is a helpful start.
Choices Bronte has won two of her last three starts in D5 grade, pushed up a level for a single race last time out before being quickly dropped back. She has decisions over a couple of these of late and should be able to clear the pair inside of her on the run to the opening bend to add to her record at this level.
It has been a while since Drews Fantasy has run over four bends at this track but now she is 13 weeks out of season, she is given a step back up in trip having been running in sprints of late. She was a force to be reckoned with at Oxford, not getting close to that level at this track but she will find things more to her liking now that she returns to four bends.
